Keith Flenniken is a successful entrepreneur who grew up in Hopkinton, New Hampshire. While growing up, he devoted much of his free time to sports. After graduating from high school, Keith Flenniken attended URI, where he studied pharmacy. He graduated in 1993, and since, has gained more than 20 years of experience in retail pharmacy. More recently, he returned to school to obtain his Masters of Business Administration. He received his MBA in 2001 from BC. This impressive educational background provided Keith Flenniken with the skills necessary to create a thriving real estate business.

Work Experience

Since founding Flenniken Enterprises, Keith Flenniken has built an impressive portfolio of commercial and residential properties. This real estate business has grown to encompass several single-family and multi-family homes. In addition, Keith Flenniken owns commercial property located in Hooksett, New Hampshire. This property offers four commercial spaces, and is host to a number of major national tenants, including Enterprise Rent a Car and Safelite Glass. • 26- 28 High Street, Hillsborough, NH (This property consists of four units; two with two bedrooms, and two with single bedrooms.)

• 31 Maple Street, Hopkinton, NH (Five residential units make up this property.)

• 15 Mt. Pleasant Street, Derry, NH (This duplex features two units, each with three bedrooms.)
